Yi-Chip SYRF8806HL is a tunable high-pass/low-pass filter. ADMV8809 is used as a performance benchmark. The operating frequency range is 500 MHz to 6 GHz. High-pass and low-pass cutoff frequencies can be tuned independently; fractional bandwidth is adjustable from 20% to 80%. Typical insertion loss at the four illustrated bands is 4.7 to 6 dB; out-of-band rejection is greater than 40 dBc. A four-wire SPI interface supports electronic countermeasure and instrumentation applications.
