SYD5677 is a low-power, 16-channel, 16-bit/12-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The DAC reference can be internal or external. The internal reference is 2.5V with a typical value of 5ppm/℃. An external gain-control PIN selects a gain of 1 or 2. The supply voltage is 3.3V~5.5V, with a maximum output voltage of 2.5V (gain of 1) or 5V (gain of 2). Power-on reset (POR) holds the DAC output at 0 or midscale until a valid code is written. SYD5677 also supports power-down mode to reduce system power consumption.
