SYT6561 is a low-noise, four-channel transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with 200MHz bandwidth. It offers 70kΩ transimpedance gain, a 30μA linear input current range and power consumption of only 200mW. With an internal 4-to-1 multiplexer, its single-ended output provides a 1VP-P swing into a 100Ω load.
