SyF612 is a high-performance wideband synthesizer that can generate any frequency from 93.75MHz to 48GHz. Its high-performance PLL has a figure of merit of -236dBc/Hz and a high phase-detector frequency for very low in-band noise and integrated jitter. SyF612 integrates a VCO with a fundamental output frequency range of 6000MHz to 12000MHz. The VCO frequency can be divided by 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64, allowing RF output frequencies down to 93.75MHz. A multiplier generates frequencies from 12 to 48GHz on RF16. The IC is available in a plastic QFN 48 package, with an operating temperature range of -45℃ to +85℃.
